Nominations Open for Ilford & Redbridge Business Awards 2025
Celebrating 100 Years of Ilford – Honouring the Best in Business
The countdown is on and so is the celebration! As what was the Municipal Borough Ilford
approaches its 100th year and Redbridge marks 60 years of borough unity, the Ilford & Redbridge
Business Awards 2025 are back, bigger and bolder than ever.
From 1st August to 31st October, nominations are officially open to the public. Residents,
customers, and community members are invited to nominate their favourite registered
businesses for an award – recognising excellence in over 20 categories like hospitality, retail,
innovation, health & wellbeing, customer service, sustainability, and more.
Now in its fifth year, the awards have evolved to reflect the full borough, shining a spotlight on 100
exceptional businesses in Ilford and Redbridge. Posters showcasing the names of these
registered businesses are now live across the town centre and can be viewed in the poster advert,
so scan the QR code to nominate one of the awards 100 registered businesses.
Cyril Bekoe, Ilford BID Manager, says:
“With over 130 businesses registered, these awards are about more than celebration – they’re
about community recognition. Every nomination is a thank-you. Every nomination uplifts the
registered businesses that define the spirit of Ilford and Redbridge. As we count down to Ilford’s
centenary, this is a powerful moment to honour those who’ve helped shape our story.”
Nominations can be submitted online by scanning the QR codes in the poster.
